With HealthInformatics@GW, the online Master of Science in Management of Health Informatics and Analytics program, students gain the knowledge needed to optimize health care delivery and improve public health through the use of data. Students focus on developing cutting-edge applications, processes and tools as well as gaining the leadership skills to effectively manage teams in today’s rapidly changing health care field. Applicants must have three or more years of work experience in data analysis, programming, IT or health care/health services and be currently employed in one of those fields.
Our online Master of Health Administration program provides students with the skills needed to lead and manage complex health systems. Designed for professionals with at least three years of health care experience, MHA@GW fosters networking and collaboration with like-minded, experienced professionals in a virtual boardroom setting and during four in-person immersion experiences.
The online Master of Public Health program offers students the opportunity to become advocates for public health equity in communities across the country and around the world. Students can choose from several focus area options, including environmental and occupational health, global health, health communication, health policy and program planning and evaluation. In addition, they can tailor their studies through a practicum experience completed at a site chosen based on their interests and career goals.
